Do you know fruit leather? It's fridging delicious!
You just purée fruits like apples, bananas, strawberries, add some honey (or don't), and spread the pulp thinly on a baking sheet. It's recommended to use a baking foil, but not a parchment since it will get wavy. It takes approx.6 hours at 60° C/140° F to dry.
